a) Willful Participation - I hereby declare that I am opting for the 'Philosophical Counseling & Guidance For Everyone' service with my own free will.
b) Nature of Counselling - I understand that there are both multiple benefits & risks associated with participation in 'Philosophical Counseling & Guidance For Everyone' services since any kind of Counselling may improve ones ability to relate to others, provide a clear understanding of self, values & goals and an ability to deal with every day stress. I am equally aware that any Counselling may also lead to unanticipated feelings & changes which may or may not have unexpected impact on me.
c) Confidentiality - I understand that Counsellors maintain confidentiality in accordance with the ethical guidelines & requirements of Counselling & Guidance profession. Effective Counselling however sometimes requires that my confidential information be shared with other professionals. When confidential information is shared it is for my benefit only in order to provide appropriate Guidance / Counselling / Help to me.
d) Data Storage - I understand that all efforts are made to keep the data collected from me safe & confidential but the possibility of unforeseen technological events mean that confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
e) Disclosure of Information - 'Philosophical Counseling & Guidance For Everyone' is NOT BOUND to disclose / share any piece of information shared by the Counselee with any one including friends, relatives or guardian or any third parties.
f) Interpretation of Assessments - 'Philosophical Counseling & Guidance For Everyone' is NOT BOUND to share any logics, parameters, methodologies used / applied for offering the Counseling & Guidance services.
